Fabian Kalleitner (University of Vienna) and Laila Schmitt were awarded the Eduard März Prize by the Young Economists Conference 2020 for their paper presentation "Individuals' percieved impact of Covid-19 on inequality and its consequences for redistributive tax preferences". Using data from their own questionnaire module in the Austrian Corona Panel Project, they investigated perceived inequality due to Covid-19 and tax preferences.
